Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Culmone served as a Fixed Income Trader and Portfolio Manager for Smith Barney Capital Management where he co-managed balanced accounts and separately managed institutional bond portfolios.
Prior to that, he was a Fixed Income Trader and municipal liaison for Smith Barney Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Culmone held the role of an Account Executive for Moore & Scheley Municipals.
He began his career as an Associate Financial Analyst at the Westinghouse Elevator Company.
