Ms. Gina Montanaro is Vice President-Multifamily at Northland Investment Corp.
Prior to joining Northland in April 2010, she began her career with the Massachusetts-based Flatley Company as an Operations Trainer and Community Manager.
In 2002, she joined AIMCO, the Denver-based national apartment REIT, when AIMCO acquired several of the Flatley Company’s multifamily assets.
Shortly thereafter she was promoted from Regional Property Manager to Director of Operations in the Northeast region.
She has several years of multifamily property management experience.
