Graeme Dutkowsky is the Vice President of Construction Management at Syncarpha Capital.
He has over 10 years of experience in engineering, and complex project management on real estate, infrastructure and utility projects.
Graeme is responsible for all pre construction and construction activities across multiple project portfolios.
He is currently managing the closeout of nearly 64 MW of solar plus storage projects in MA as well as the startup of 44 MW of new construction in ME and NJ.
Prior to joining Syncarpha, Graeme was a Senior Project Manager at Restani Construction Corp, where he spent 5 years managing real estate development and heavy civil construction projects in the New York metro area ranging in value from $1MM to over $100MM.
Before that, Graeme worked as a project manager for a heavy civil construction company and an engineering firm that specializes in complex geotechnical and infrastructure projects in New York City.
Graeme earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College, and his MS in Civil Engineering and MBA in Finance from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
