Nicol is the Global Head of Credit at AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd.
He has over 25 years of experience in asset management and joined AXA in December 2008 from JP Morgan, where he headed up international investment grade credit.
Previously, he spent 11 years as a Fund Manager for Western Asset where he originally covered government markets and subsequently specialised in non-US financials and asset-backed securities.
Prior to this, he managed funds for the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) having previously worked for London and Bishopsgate International.
