Kehal, CFA, is a Managing Partner of Real Estate Investments at Hazelview Securities, Inc. He joined Hazelview Investments in February 2020.
In his current role, he is responsible for Hazelview’s global direct real estate and private equity investments for all real estate asset classes, including overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, developments, execution of value creation strategies, and investment reporting.
He has over 8 years of experience in investment management across many asset classes.
Prior to joining Hazelview, Mr. Kehal worked at CI Investments as an Associate Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst, where he assisted in managing global equity and global balanced fund products across sectors, including real estate.
Prior to this, he worked for CIBC Global Asset Management as a Research Analyst in Canadian Equities.
He holds a Master of Finance from Cambridge University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
