Haaillih Bittar joined Tishman Speyer in 2004 and serves as the firm’s Legal Counsel for Brazil.
In this position, she plays a key role in acquisitions, dispositions, development contracts, leasing, fund creation and day-to-day operations.
Haaillih is also responsible for all corporate activities across the firm’s Brazil platform including Legal, Accounting, and Human Capital Management.
Prior to Tishman Speyer, Haaillih worked as an associate in mergers and acquisitions for one of the largest law firms in Brazil, TozziniFreire Advogados.
She is a member of the São Paulo Bar Association.
She graduated with a law degree from the University of São Paulo and earned a postgraduate degree in business from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
She also attended the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
