Mr. Hamed M.
Fayez is on the Board of Directors, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of the Retail Banking Group at NCB Capital Co. He is responsible for Private Banking, Branch Banking, Consumer Finance, Liabilities & Bank assurance, Digital Banking and the Remittance businesses.
Prior to assuming the role in August, 2013, Mrs. Hamed headed the Private Banking Division within the bank.
Previously, he was Managing Director-Head of Asset Management at NCB Capital, where he joined the firm in 2009 with over 10 years of experience in finance.
Prior to joining the NCB Group, Mr. Fayez spent three years at Goldman Sachs, where he most recently was the CEO of Goldman Sachs Saudi Arabia, as well as the Head of the Investment Management Division in Saudi.
Since the beginning of his career, Mr. Fayez has worked for some of the leading international and local financial institutions including Credit Suisse, the National Commercial Bank's Treasury Division and Merrill Lynch.
In addition to that, Mr. Hamed served on a number of management committees and boards including TCP (UK/Dubai), Saudi Media Systems (Riyadh) and the bank's Fund Board and NCB Capital's Investment Management Company in Dublin, Republic of Ireland.
Mr. Fayez graduated from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore with a double major in Mathematical Sciences and Economics and a minor in Business and Entrepreneurship.
