Profil
Hannah Gilbey has several years of infrastructure experience and has been involved in the origination, structuring and development of investment opportunities, including competitive bidding and acquisitions, and secondary investments into mature projects.
Since joining Henderson, Hannah has taken an active role in the evaluation of prospective secondary investments for both of Henderson’s secondary infrastructure funds and assisted with the acquisition of John Laing plc in 2006, in particular taking the lead role in acquisition financing and syndication for the transaction.
She takes a lead role in the analysis of John Laing’s deal pipeline.
Prior to joining Henderson in 2006, she worked for a number of leading concession-based infrastructure investors including Barclays Private Equity and Carillion Private Finance.
