Profil

Harpreet (“Harp”) is Director of Business Development at PCM and plays a leading role in building and managing relationships to source acquisition opportunities.
Prior to joining PCM, Harp was Director of Business Development at The Marquee Group, a financial modeling training company, where he helped build new relationships with clients across the globe.
Harp was also SVP and Head of Business Development at Founders Advantage Capital.
He was responsible for deal sourcing, managing relationships with business owners and sell-side advisors, screening investment opportunities, and supporting transaction-related due diligence.
He started his career as an Investment Banking Associate at CIBC and BMO, where he worked on capital raising and merger & acquisition transactions.
Harp then worked in corporate lending at ATB and Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he played a leading role in the credit approval process for financial sponsors and strategic operators.
Harp is a CFA charterholder, holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, and has a BSc (Finance) from Canisius College, where he played NCAA Division I baseball.
Harp lives in Toronto, enjoys watching baseball, spending time with family & friends, and travelling the world.
