Ms. Heather Mutterperl is a Managing Director at Hudson Realty Capital LLC.
Prior to joining Hudson Realty in August 2008, Ms. Mutterperl was responsible for originating, underwriting and servicing mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments for TriLyn.
Before that, she spent five years in the real estate group at Investcorp International, Inc. where she was responsible for portfolio of equity investments including condo development projects, office buildings, retail centers and multi-family properties.
Her other experience includes managing a portfolio of opportunistic investments of all property types for PaineWebber’s proprietary real estate fund, as well as originating mezzanine loans and asset managing a portfolio of CMBS for Clarion Capital.
Ms. Mutterperl received her M.B.A.
from the New York University Stern School of Business and her B.S.
in Facilities Management from Cornell University.
