Mr. Hendrik Pretorius qualified as an attorney and notary whereafter he practised for 12 years as a partner at Edward Nathan in South Africa.
In 1992 he joined Hypo Vereinsbank in Johannesburg as a consultant.
In 2004 he joined Bankhaus Wölbern as a consultant and in February 2008 he was appointed as chief executive officer of Wölbern Invest AG.
In May 2009 he became Chairman of the Board.
