Henrik is overall responsible for all legal, structuring and tax affairs, and has also assumed responsibility for liasing with Fund Operations on Jersey and Luxembourg, and for UBO Office.
He joined from Mannheimer Swartling, where he spent eleven years with a strong focus on private equity and was a partner of the M&A group and Head of Transaction Structuring.
Henrik has been ranked as a leading lawyer in Private Equity by Chambers, Rising Star by Euromoney LMG Europe, Future 40 - The next leaders of private equity by Private Equity International, and GC Powerlist by Legal 500.
Henrik holds an LL.M.
from Uppsala University.
