Hernan joined Actis in 2019 as part of the Energy and Infrastructure Operations team.
Since joining, Hernan has been a team member on a number of Energy and Infrastructure deals and has provided support to platform management on matters, such as construction of thermal and renewables projects, acquisition due diligence and contract negotiations.
Hernan also sits on the Technical Steering Committees of a number of portfolio companies, including Azura, Saavi, Atlas and Echoenergia.
Prior to joining Actis, Hernan worked at Pampa Energia for eight years, the largest integrated energy company in Argentina, where he worked as Engineering Manager for the New Ventures Department and Deputy Project Manager on several thermal and renewable power plants projects.
Hernan holds two BSc degrees with honours on Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and an MBA with honours from the London Business School.
