from Columbia Graduate School of Business in New York in 1964.
In 1967, Mr. Hemphill joined U.S.
Trust Company of New York as a Securities Analyst and Director of Equity Research.
He joined Bank of the Southwest, Houston, Texas in 1979 as Senior Vice President and Manager of the Trust Investment Group.
In 1983 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of MSecurities, MCorp's asset management subsidiary.
He has been active in the New York, Houston, and Dallas Societies of Financial Analysts.
