Hiroaki joined GB in 2020.
As an expert in IT/software area, he is responsible for system/IT-related due diligence and value-up (value creation) support for portfolio startups.
His support includes building a development team, formulating a product vision, performing agile (scrum) development, and building IT managment control (information security).
He is a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and Registered Information Security Specialist (RISS).
In 2013, Hiroaki joined GREE as an engineer.
After being a member of common charging platform team, he was engaged in operation of major game titles.
In 2015, he joined Spacemarket and contributed to a wide range of activities including writing tech blogs, hiring, community administration in addition to development.
After working as a freelancer, he joined Repro in 2017, where he was engaged in SaaS development as an engineer and team leader and later launched a business development division as a solution architect.
Hiroaki started to run in the morning to stay fit and healthy as more time is spent at home during the pandemic.
He now enjoys it to start the day and maximize work performance.
On weekends, on the other hand, he likes to do nothing and just relax.
