HW Chen is a managing partner whose investment activities focus on broadband, software, telecommunications, and healthcare.
Prior to founding Monet Capital, Dr. Chen was on the original founding team of Paradigm Technology Inc., where he helped to develop the Paradigm proprietary process and build the Paradigm lab.
He also developed .8-.5 um CMOS technology for high speed SRAM product.
Paradigm Technology went public in 1995.
In 1997, Dr. Chen became one of the funding partners of GSI Technology and was VP of technology.
