Currently, he is a Senior Research Associate at IZA in Bonn and heads the research team “Skill Formation”.
He further acts as deputy coordinator for IZA’s program area “Economics of Education”.
He is an affiliate in the CESifo network.
He obtained his Ph.D.
from Ruhr University, Bochum in 2013.
