HAROLD HELDERMAN, M.D.
is Dean of Admissions and Professor of Medicine, Microbiology and Immunology at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, and is the Medical Director of the Vanderbilt Transplant Center.
Dr. Helderman received his MD from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center in 1971, Summa Cum Laude.
In addition to book and monograph writings, he has authored more than 125 publications in his field of transplant medicine.
Dr. Helderman is past President of the American Society of Transplantation.
