Tarbutton is an Associate at University Venture Fund (Utah).

He returned to school full-time in 2010 after twelve years in sales and customer service management.
He is a consistent member of the Dean's List with a 4.0 GPA.
He is also actively involved in Beta Alpha Psi, the Pre Law Student Society, and the Student Consulting Initiative.
In addition, he is the Bennion Center Program Director for Salt Lake Peer Court, a local non-profit organization focused on a restorative justice approach to helping youth offenders.
He currently teaches the LSAT prep course for Kaplan and is a member of the Salt Lake Vocal Artists.
