Prior to joining Great Hill Partners in August in 2007, Ms. Grinshaw worked at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst within the Financial Institutions Group with a focus primarily on the banking, insurance and asset management sectors.
Ms. Grimshaw's transaction experience at Goldman included M&A advisory and equity financing assignments.
Prior work experience also includes employment as a Mechanical Engineer at General Electric Canada in a manufacturing capacity.
In her role at GE, she was responsible for employing Six Sigma methodologies to evaluate and improve operational efficiency.
Ms. Grimshaw graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario with a BESc in Mechanical Engineering and a BA Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
