Mr. Markarian is the Chief Technology Officer in Marlin Operations Group, Inc., focused on product and technology due diligence and supporting related initiatives at portfolio companies.
He has over 30 years of experience in the software industry.
Most recently, he was Chief Technology Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Snaplogic, where he led a mix of technology and go-to-market efforts.
Prior to Snaplogic, Mr. Markarian was Chief Technology Officer and General Manager of the integration business at Informatica and helped the company grow revenues from $10 million to over $1 billion.
He was also responsible for Informatica’s M&A, India operations and every shared technology function.
Additionally, he has worked in Venture Capital at Khosla Ventures and been an investor in and advisor to numerous Silicon Valley companies.
Mr. Markarian earned his B.A.
in Computer Science and Economics and an M.A.
in Economics from Boston University.
