Prior to joining Venator Capital Management Ltd. in 2009, Mr. Mizrahi was an investment advisor with RBC Dominion Securities, providing professional investment advice to high net-worth families, corporations, and trusts.
Mr. Mizrahi’s integration of his academic studies with his passion for the financial industry began in 1997 when he joined RBC Capital Markets.
He is familiar with the bond and credit derivatives operations of RBC Global Markets, and worked as an accountant undertaking audit engagements, tax and consulting assignments at an internationally recognized accountancy firm.
Mr. Mizrahi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
He also holds a CFA Charter and is a member of the Toronto CFA Society.
