Kelliher is a Senior Vice President & Co-Director of Municipal Research at Appleton Partners, Inc. She is a member of the Fixed Income Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Appleton in 2009, Ms. Kelliher was an Associate Partner at Wellington Management Company where she served as Vice President in the Fixed Income Research Department.
Previously in her career, she spent ten years at MFS Investment Management where she held trading and research analyst roles within their municipal bond group.
She received her undergraduate degree from Fitchburg State College.
