Jean-François worked in Optimeca as responsible of the « high tech » programs in otics domain, then to Ducellier (design of automotive spotlights) and after to Soremec-Cehess (high speed cameras).
In 1981 Jean-François joined Giravion Dorand Industry for the development of new products for visualisation and simulation based on electro-optics technologies.
In 1988, Jean-François is promoted as Technical and Project Director in charge of a multi-domain expert team of 50 engineers.
In 1997, Jean-François moved to London to join Thomson Training & Simulation in charge of the management of a binational team with 15 M€ R&D budget.
He left in 1999 to join NEMOPTIC first as Projects Manager and as Administration Manager later.
