Jeanette leads Northleaf's global human resource activities across our Canadian, UK and US offices.
In addition to strategic planning for human capital needs and implementing organizational best practices across the firm, Jeanette’s role includes human resource planning and administration, employee relations, training and professional development, and recruitment.
Jeanette also manages Northleaf’s administration and support team.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2016, Jeanette had a long career at TD Bank Group, including more than 20 years of senior Human Resources experience in TD Wealth Management and TD Asset Management.
Jeanette attended Fanshawe College and has completed continuing education courses in Human Resource Management focusing on Organizational Behaviour, Compensation and Benefits, Human Resource Administration and Recruiting and Selection.
