Prior to joining Edgewater in 2007, Mr. Steck was an officer in the Capital Markets group at National City Bank in Cleveland Ohio.
While at National City, he worked with a number of major banking institutions in the underwriting and syndication of loan facilities for both public and private companies.
Mr. Steck has experience underwriting and valuing companies in the chemical, industrial manufacturing, transportation, construction, consumer durables/non-durables, food and beverage, and retail markets.
Mr. Steck holds a B.S.
in Finance as well as an M.B.A. in Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
