He has been analyzing fixed income securities since 1996 with particular focus on the asset-backed sector.
He had previously worked as an asset-backed administrator for Banc One Capital Markets and, prior to that, he was a credit analyst at Freedom Capital Management and State Street Global Advisors.
Mr. Boutin has a BS in Finance from Central Connecticut State University and received his MBA from the University of Hartford.
He is a member of the American Securitization Forum.
