The firm was founded in 1993 by Russell Fuller and Richard Thaler. FullerThaler provides portfolio management services directly to mutual funds, collective investment funds, financial intermediaries, corporate and public pension plans, Taft Hartley plans, corporations and other businesses, unions, charitable institutions, foundations, endowments, individuals, family offices, and other US and international entities.

Founded in 1989, FBR Capital Markets & Co., formerly Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., is a broker/dealer headquartered in Arlington, Virginia with additional offices throughout the US.
