Ewing, CFA, is a Managing Director & Analyst at R.

Mr. Ewing built a fixed income research group at Pressprich and began the practice of using quantitatively derived ratings as a tool to help identify objectively cheap credits over a broad universe of possible names including many industry groups; he achieved the title of Senior Vice President.
Mr. Ewing worked briefly with Stuart Brothers and A. G.
Becker as a fixed income analyst, and nine years with Bear Stearns as a high yield bond analyst, where he became an Associate Director.
He again joined Pressprich at its reactivation in 1990 as a Managing Director with primary responsibility for fixed income research.
Mr. Ewing received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
