Ms. Beckner is the firm's Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for a broad range of compliance issues and client service for the firm.
She oversees all compliance issues including SEC reporting and compliance, firm policies and procedures compliance, state and local regulatory compliance, and client investment objective and policy compliance.
She is also charged with oversight of the internal administration of our Value-Opportunity Fund.
In this capacity, she is responsible for establishing and maintaining all accounts for the fund.
Ms. Beckner joined us in 2010.
She has compliance experience in the financial industry and extensive business experience.
Ms. Beckner holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH and a Jurist Doctorate from The Ohio State University School of Law.
