Ms. Wang joined Oaktree in 2007 from Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited, where she was a Director in the Real Estate Financing division responsible for the origination and execution of debt and equity financing in the China real estate sector.
Prior to that, Ms. Wang spent over six years at Agilent Technologies in Silicon Valley.
Her responsibilities ranged from corporate M&A, venture investments and joint ventures in semiconductor and equipment industries.
Prior experience includes work at ViVo Ventures, Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and Geldermann Inc. Ms. Wang received a BBA degree in Risk Management and Finance from the College of Insurance in New York and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
