Mr. Joe A. Reagan, Jr., is Vice President-Regional Executive at Wexford Science & Technology LLC.
Prior to joining Wexford, he was Assistant Vice President of Real Estate and Architecture for the University of Pennsylvania Health System, where he oversaw 5 million square feet of owned and leased facilities.
He also directed the design and construction department for the Health System with an annual capital budget in excess of $100 Million.
Prior to leaving UPHS, he lead the design effort for the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine, a new 600,000 square foot ambulatory care facility, and the conceptual design of adjacent 500,000 square foot research facility for the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
Mr. Reagan graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he received Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees.
He is a registered architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
