Mr. Kiervin joined Genesis Capital as an Associate in June of 2006 and is responsible for reviewing acquisition opportunities, financial modeling and performing due diligence activities.
In addition, he is active in sourcing opportunities and arranging financing for acquisitions.
Mr. Kiervin joins the Genesis Capital team following a two-year tenure with a boutique private equity firm based in the GTA where he was actively engaged in due diligence and modeling for a number of transactions.
Mr. Kiervin received his Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from Ryerson University and is currently enrolled in the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators program.
