Mr. Joseph U.
Manfredi is a Chief Operating Officer at Baltimore-Washington Financial Advisors, Inc. He is privileged to work with the firm’s clients to handle their investment management needs and coordinate all BWFA capabilities when helping clients with financial planning, investment and tax advisory services.
He is responsible for day-to-day operational management of the firm with a focus on leadership, portfolio management, client service and compliance.
He brings more than 30 years of financial services experience to BWFA. Most recently, Mr. Manfredi was Regional Manager and Senior Vice President with Wells Fargo Wealth Brokerage Services in central Virginia, leading the advisor group in wealth services for high net worth brokerage clients in areas that include investment management, financial planning, private bank lending services, and trust and estate services.
He has also served in similar roles with industry leading firms such as UBS, Prudential Financial and Piper Jaffray.
Before his successful management career, he began working in the industry as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Manfredi holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and he is a master’s degree in business administration, both from Fordham University in New York.
