Jóhanna Waagfjord is Managing Director of Hagar hf.

Ms. Waagfjord was Chief Financial Officer of Baugur's from 2001 to 2003.
She was a Financial Advisor of the Íslandsbanki Securities (VÍB) from 1991 to 1993 and a Faculty Member at The Commercial College of Iceland from 1992 to 1993.
Ms. Waagfjord joined FBA as a Specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions in 1999.
She worked in the Financial Division and as an Assistant to the Financial Director of Little Tikes Commercial Play Systems from 1996 to 1999.
Previously, Ms. Waagfjord worked at Scandsea International.
She began her career with Rubbermaid, Inc. and worked in the Expenses Guide/ Supervision Department.
Ms. Waagfjord received a degree in Social Economics from the University of Iceland in 1991 and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania, 1995.
