Mr. John Hoesley is Partner at Prism Capital Corp.
Prior to that, Mr. Hoesley served as the Chief Financial Officer of Legato Partners, LLC where he led the successful effort to restart two divisions of Foster & Gallagher, Inc. and fulfill over $15 million in backlogged orders as part of its Chapter 11 reorganization.
Mr. Hoesley was also the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer for eVincio Corporation, a provider of enterprise-class content management software.
He has also spent time in investment banking, working at Credit Suisse First Boston for four years, where he specialized in financings for international and technology businesses.
Mr. Hoesley has a Master's of Management from J.L.
Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with majors in Management and Strategy, Organizational Behavior and Finance.
Mr. Hoesley serves on the boards of Service Intelligence, SterilMed and Celleration.
He is also Co-Chair of the Entrepreneurship Committee of the Kellogg Alumni Club of Chicago and is a member of Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy’s President’s Alumni Advisory Council and the Board of Directors of the IMSA Fund for the Advancement of Education.
Mr. Hoesley earned a BS degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois.
