Prior to joining Graue Mill Partners in March 2005 as an Advisory Director, Mr. Kayser had been a partner at William Blair & Company, L.L.C.
Prior to William Blair, he had spent four years at Borg-Warner Corporation, where he worked in a variety of financial positions at the corporate and divisional levels, both in Chicago and overseas.
Mr. Kayser has served on the board of directors of the Chicago Stock Exchange, a public company and several non-profit organizations.
He is currently a board member and chairman of the finance and investment committee of the King-Bruwaert House and has been a recent past President of both the University Club of Chicago and Hinsdale Golf Club.
Mr. Kayser received a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
