Mr. John P.
Genco, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at WhaleRock Point Partners LLC.
He joined WhaleRock Point Partners in 2018 as a Portfolio Strategist.
He is responsible for asset allocation, security selection and equity modeling.
Prior to joining WhaleRock, he worked for Beaumont Financial Partners where he honed his skills in all three of those disciplines for their clients within the high net worth group.

He has experience in constructing, investing, re-balancing client portfolios where his work will be primarily focused at WhaleRock.
He is responsible for a majority of WhaleRock’s equity and fixed income trading while assisting in client portfolio strategy.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.
He holds the Series 65 license with FINRA and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Mr. Genco is a member of the CFA Society of Boston, as well as the Boston Securities Traders Association.
John currently resides in Boston however, spends much of his time in Rhode Island as well.
