Most recently he was a Senior Product Manager at Amazon’s Lab 126, where he worked on Alexa’s Q&A team.
Earlier he was COO and co-founder of a venture-backed on-demand startup, and a strategy and operations consultant at Ernst & Young, where he helped fortune-500 technology and healthcare companies implement large-scale infrastructure and intelligence improvements.

Eric is an avid soccer player and fan, and has taken a strong interest in mountaineering, having recent climbed a couple 18k+ ft.
