Mr. Jonathan I.
Reoch is a Managing Director & Lead Product Strategist at BlackRock Asset Management North Asia Ltd. He represents Global Emerging Market Active Equity Strategies and is responsible for delivering solutions from across the Active Equity Platform to clients in Asia.
Before joining BlackRock in June 2014, Mr. Reoch was Head of Asian Equities at AMP Capital in Hong Kong and Sydney and has spent a total of 19 years investing in Asia Pacific markets.
Prior to joining AMP Capital in 2008, he was an Asia Pacific regional financials analyst at Maple-Brown Abbott in Sydney.
From 2003 to 2006, he was the lead Australian Banks analyst for ABN AMRO in Sydney.
He first started his investment career with Martin Currie Investment Management in Edinburgh in 1994 helping to manage Asia Pacific equity portfolios.
Mr. Reoch earned a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Glasgow University, Scotland, in 1990.
He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
