Jovi Zhang joined Tishman Speyer in 2013 and is currently responsible for overseeing operations, asset disposition and investor relations for all RMB funds in China.
In this role, he is charged with fund raising and formation, asset disposal, key project analysis and management, and fund reporting, as well as the interface for regulatory authorities.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Jovi was an associate director with Treasury China Trust, a Singapore-listed organization and analyst with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund.
During his tenure there, he focused on investment management for real estate opportunities in China and was responsible for closing transactions.
He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Asset Management Association of China and holds a BS from Fudan University in Shanghai.
