Julie joined Battery in 2013 and works on all legal aspects of the firm’s investments, acquisitions and exits.
She also provides legal support for the firm’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Battery, Julie was a corporate attorney with Goulston & Storrs, where she represented clients in international and domestic mergers and acquisitions and commercial-finance transactions, as well as provided guidance on general corporate matters and anti-bribery and export-control regimes.
She graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in finance and earned her J.D.
from Boston University School of Law.
She is admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
