Based in the firm’s New York office, Keiko is part of the legal team and is primarily responsible for supporting the Canadian and US investment teams and asset management teams.
Prior to joining Axium in 2022, Keiko worked for 10 years in private practice as corporate transactional attorney, with a particular focus on M&A, joint ventures, and energy and infrastructure projects.
Keiko holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and a JD from Columbia Law School.
She is admitted to the New York bar.
