Mr. Ken J.
Kozanda is Chief Administrative Officer at Atlantic Trust Group, Inc. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in 1984, he was on the Board of Managers and served as the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of Stein Roe Investment Counsel LLC prior to its acquisition by Invesco PLC.
He has also served as Director of Financial Analysis for GATX Corporation where he was charged with the management of multiple financial disciplines including budgeting, financial and capital expenditure analysis and internal reporting.
He began his career as a staff accountant with Arthur Andersen & Company.
Mr. Kozanda earned a BS from Northern Illinois University graduating Magna Cum Laude.
He also earned an MBA, Magna Cum Laude, from De Paul University.
Additionally, he has earned the CPA designation.
