Mr. Kenneth Popeleski is a Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Co.
Mr. Popeleski most recently served as Senior Vice President and Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Mergers & Acquisitions for James River Group Holdings, Ltd., a publicly traded specialty property and casualty insurer and reinsurer.
Prior to that, he was CFO and co-owner in the establishment of a property and casualty managing general agency.
Ken also served as head of finance for AIX Group Inc., and has held various roles in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations for Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. He began his career in equity research and financial services for Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., and Morgan Stanley.
He holds a B.S.
in Economics from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
