He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and also received his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at UT.
Previously, he was employed with KMPG's corporate finance group advising clients on M&A transactions as well as assisting them in capital raising activities.
In addition, he has consulted for major international energy companies as a member of Muse, Stancil & Co. he brings a high level of involvement in transaction execution, private debt and equity finance and investor relations to the firm.
