Prior to joining Willis Stein & Partners in 2001, Mr. Coleman was with Bank of America from 1982 through early 2001, most recently as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Bank's Global Derivative Products Sales and Trading Group.
From 1979 to 1982 he was an executive search consultant with Staub, Warmbold & Associates, conducting retained executive searches in energy, real estate, transportation and hospitality industry segments.
From 1974 to 1979 he was personnel supervisor and Midwest regional recruiting manager for Coopers and Lybrand.
Mr. Coleman received a BS degree in Psychology from St. John's University (MN).
He currently serves on the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago
