Kim Roche, CPA, joined Headlands Capital in 2014.
Ms. Roche oversees the accounting and audit process for the Headlands Strategic Opportunities Fund, LP and the Headlands Capital Secondary Program and manages accounting-related functions for Headlands Capital Advisors, LLC, the firm's management company.
She also oversees the compliance program.
She brings 11 years of operations, financial accounting and auditing experience to Headlands Capital.
Prior to joining Headlands Capital, Ms. Roche worked for an agriculture technology startup called TerraBlue, where she was responsible for start-up/initial operations, project management coordination, financial accounting, human resources, state and federal regulations.
Before Terra Blue, Ms. Roche spent 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in their Financial Services industry practice.
She served as a Senior Manager in its Audit & Assurance Practice for the hedge fund, private equity, venture capital and mutual fund markets.
Ms. Roche graduated from Boston University with a degree in Finance and Accounting, Cum Laude.
Ms. Roche is a Certified Public Accountant.
