In 2005, he received his MA in Finance from the Academy of National Economy of the Russian Federation Government.
Mr. Kirill Babaev is the author of two guidebooks in media relations and public affairs and beyond his work in Altimo he has been reading a Corporate PR course in the Moscow University .
