Walter Quinn is Founding Partner, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Rock Financial Partners LLC.
Prior to co-founding Rock Financial Partners, He became involved in the banking industry as a Principal Shareholder and Director of a financial institution in 1995.
During his tenure, the bank became one of the top performing banks in its peer group.
He organized the 2004 buyout of HCB, a publicly traded company with combined assets of $250 million at closing, and implemented restructuring measures that led to the highest profit levels in the 75 year history of the charter.
Also, he has extensive experience in E&P.
He is the Managing Member of Rock Oil & Gas, LLC, and QF Holdings, LLC, companies engaged in the acquisition and development of oil and gas properties.
He previously served as Chairman and CEO of Heartland Exploration.
Mr. Quinn attended the University of Arkansas where he received a B.S.B.A, in Real Estate and Finance, with a minor in Commercial Banking.
He serves on the Board of Directors for Champion Exploration, LLC, and Crestar Energy.
